Plyometrics

The term plyometrics was first presented by Fred Wilt in 1975, he was a well know track and field coach. The definition plyo + metrics = "measurable increases" and at 86 Jump St. keeping well measured documented increases is a must. Everyone gets a baseline so that we are able to keep detailed track of all increases as well as any plateaus that may occur. Plyometrics is defined as exercises that enable a muscle to reach maximum strength in as short a time as possible.
